Upsold additional treatments (massage/cupping) without warning that they were not included. Did not realise until treatment exceeded my booked time that I was being upsold. Treatment was adequate, but manipulation was too rough.

chiara was amazing as usual. the owner or reception should be putting the heating on before the beauty therapist starts works as it takes long to heat the place and it was cold for the wax .bit it's not chiara's fault bit the owner
