I booked a half an hour acupuncture treatment, but advised to take another half an hour of “massage”, which I accepted and it was not actually a massage but some sort of joint manipulation which was pretty painful but can’t evaluate the usefulness as never had it before. The acupuncture started extremely painful, as the first needle hit my sciatica nerve (or a spot connected with it) and I felt an indescribable intense burning/electrical/painful sensation up and down my leg as it was a super strong electric shock. Similar with the second needle and only pinching for the rest. After all needles were set in place the feeling was very pleasant and calming, not only physically but mentally, I felt a stress relief are and almost fell asleep. After it was finished, I still felt pain in my leg but I believe it was from the pressure applied before acupuncture. A therapist, named as Dr a Wang, made a very positive impression and he seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, understanding the issue I had. Also a guy at the reception was very nice and polite and offered a discount if I decide to come back and take a package of treatments.
