5* for Chiara, 1* for the front desk staff. Chiara is fantastic and the manicure/pedicure are the best I've had. The entire place hold on her presence- if she ever leaves, there will be no reason to come. The front desk regularly mixes up appointment times and calls to reschedule (happened more than once). They also book the appointments very tightly and walk into the treatment room to rudely ask "are you done yet?". It would be ok if they just said in a non-assuming manner that the next customer is waiting, but it comes across very demanding right now. Still, 5* for the therapist, makes it even more impressive that she manages to do a brilliant job despite everything else
