Got a standard haircut. The hairdresser didn’t brush my hair before shampooing and used a really strong shampoo which left my hair extremely knotty. I didn’t enjoy having to sit through the brushing after because I could just feel the damage it was causing.

Nichola is amazing. She started the session by asking a few questions on my needs, and suggested ways she could help release the tension. I listened to her and it was perfect she really knows her job and she’s very sweet.
