Exceptional treatment. Friendly staff and very comfortable atmosphere. Thank you. Highly recommend this service. Wax itself was a nice warm temperature and not too painful thanks to a great breathing technique guided by my wax therapist.

I had a brow wax & tint with Nichola (i think). I've been coming here to get my eyebrows waxed/threaded and tinted since September 2025 & have had Heiza do a fabulous job on my brows & I've been so happy every time I have come.
Today however, I am completely upset and distraught. My brow's shape has now been completely ruined (the top of them are now completely straight) & the shape is so thin and has been waxed so badly. The hard work to get my eyebrows to a great shape, I’m utterly devastated
