I had an awful experience here! I booked a new customer long hair blow dry. I went in, the lady was like your hair is extra long (options: short, med, long).She called another lady and they wanted to charge me almost DOUBLE!!! I would like to add i have thin silky hair (very easy to blowdry). I said that’s too much and tried to reason. They said no, so i left and they had the audacity to charge my card! I went across the street and paid half what they wanted to charge me. I felt disrespected.
