The beauty therapist was professional and carried out the treatments very well after consultation. The facial was ok, it lasted for 40 minutes not a full hour. The full body Swedish massage was fantastic. She really tended to the aches and pains I was feeling. The only downside was that the hairdresser was blasting his music really loud. The music wasn't bad, jazz instrumental, it was just that it was loud and he kept chopping and changing it via YouTube which didn't help me relax. Parking is really expensive in this area too so next time I would probably take bus.

A thorough pedicure, happy with result, however took a lot longer than advertised. Convenient location on the high street, however would be nice to have more spa like environment in the treatment room to relax and forget so centrally located.

The lady who did my waxing was very polite and professional. I was regularly and have never had a more painful wax, stretching my skin every which way and pulling the same patch every which way was no picnic. Also it was in a dodgy looking back room where you lie on a plastic sheet which you just stick to - can't think how that's hygenic. But it was £10 cheaper than where I normally go, but to be honest I'd rather pay the extra!
