I booked a dermalogica prescriptive facial, although this was not the facial I received, no face mapping involved at all. It was a nice standard facial that was relaxing. Good points: -Therapist Zina was nice -Clean Salon Bad Points -Left for too long- Up to 25/30 minutes at a time. Days later my skin is so dry I think I was left under the steam for too long. -It was not the facial I paid for. If you are after a basic facial then this is ideal. The staff are nice and the salon is clean.

Me and my husband went! Had a brilliant experience massage and facial 5 stars no negatives at all lovely staff alot of effort put in with customer service and treatment very clean. Would definitely recommend for couples treatment.

I had a brilliant experience me and a friend had a few treatments and I award it 5* for every single one them from both of us, regarding the below negative comment that nearly put me off regarding a downstairs basement its actually a really cosy downstairs floor nicely designed to relax us and alot of effort. People sometimes need to be a bit open minded please do not allow you to be put off im sure u will have a lovely experience like we did, I definitely recommend the Massage and facial and Hollywood wax for the ladies. :) 5 STARS

Great service, great staff definitely would recommend, I live in Crystal Palace but I always come here for the last 6 months and always had a brilliant time being pampered. I had a wax, pedicure, manicure, massage and facial and a hair cut and i award it 5 STARS

Unfortunately i was not satisfied with the treatment, because of the way the member of staff had treated me. She was not attentive to me as a client, she kept walking out of the room and left me alone for at least 30 minutes, she was very unprofessional she did not give me a good massage for the price paid. The room was not clean either. I would not visit this place again.
