I had an awful experience with this venue. I booked a treatment via wowcher and booked with the salon for February. A few weeks later they called to say they could no longer accommodate and moved my appointment to March. I then had 6 confirmation phone calls between then and March but on the day when we arrived no reservation. They also had no trace of either of my bookings and suggested we re-booked. Absolutely awful customer service, despite phoning me 6 times claiming they had no record of me. Would not recommend in the slightest, total shambles. Not even the offer of paying our car park considering the mess up was with them.
I found the lady really nice very professional , I woudl definately go again! I guess the only thing is I had already had two reminders of my appointment and then got a phone call as well to remind me ! That was a little bit annoying that was the only negative!
