I had a hot Brazilian Wax here a few months ago, this was the worst wax I've ever had to endure. I've been having hot waxes for a fair few years now, and this was the worst experience I have ever had, I actually wanted to cry and leave half way - and my threshold for pain is quite high. The girl didn't seem to know what she was doing, and put tons of wax on then struggled to get it off and just snapped the hairs. My skin was red raw when I left and I had patches of hair still too. I have never been back even though its within walking distance of my home.
I went there for full legs wax the girl was really slow and she didn't look like she new was she was doing.F irst she didn't use gloves and she left lots of hair on my legs especially the back wich I only realised once I got home. I won't be going back there ever.

Unfortunately this was the worst wahanda experience I have had - I booked a wax treatment for my husband and got the usual confirmation via email for the appointment. However, on the day of the treatment not only was the salon actually closed, but on ringing them they said they no longer offer the treatment I had booked plus they had the booking down for a different day for the wrong treatment! Needless to say my husband was far from impressed with wasted journey After countless good experiences with wahanda am a bit vary of this process as still awaiting a refund from that treatment.

I had a full body Swedish massage that was very good, helped with the tension on my back and shoulders. The therapist listened to my request and applied just the right amount of pressure.
I was happy with the massage, would definitely recommend this treatment and will go back.
The facial was ok, nothing special. I wouldn't pay for it again nor recommend it.

I have been here plenty of times always had a great time, the atmosphere of the salon is friendly, and comfortable, I recently had my birthday party organized in the salon and we all had a great time we left the salon feeling flawless. I would just like to say thank you to the manager Rohina for making us feel great and also Sunnyia the beauty therapist they both did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend the salon to anyone, and its nice as they introduce the salon to men and women which was a comfort for my friends on my birthday. X
