The girls was super sweet but I don’t think she has to much experience as she applies the wax the opposite way of the hair growing, doesn’t clean the areas properly, and insists in a painful way on the same area until is irritating your skin.. she said that the strips are more painful and wax is better so I pay extra to only have applied 2 times wax and to be continued with strips
