Jessi was polite and efficient. It was good that she had managed to move one of our appointments to be the same time as the other.
However, neither my daughter and I felt very welcome at the salon. The treatments were okay, but the atmosphere was very quiet and dull. Nicky didn't say anything until I spoke to her. We wouldn't hurry back to the salon, as we have felt more relaxed and comfortable in other salons.

Poor wax job. Left patches of hair. Extremely painful as the wax wasn’t applied properly, she had to get scissors to cut the wax off the hair. Will not be going back
