Flow Studio is the friendly local studio with a world class reputation. At Flow we are proud to offer Yoga, Pilates and Feldenkrais classes and group classes,all led by top veteran certified instructor Jill Everett, author of the book PILATES PLUS YOGA, in Wapping since 1993! Classes are graded for levels to suit you, and private lessons are available for anyone at any level, people new to exercise or for those with injuries, or specific physical conditions requiring more attention, or busy people who want to get the most out of their 'me time' with specific personalised instruction.
We also offer Anusara Yoga, Pilates and Meditation spiritual eco-tourism retreats around the world in places like Bhutan, Costa Rica, Ibiza, Mexico, Maui, India, Kenya, Bali and Morocco where students are able to live a simpler life, in harmony with nature, and deepen their practice of yoga, pilates and meditation while experiencing other cultures and lifestyles, ...and having some fun, rest and relaxation!
