I booked to see Drini - a senior team member. I’ve never been to this salon so when I was greeted but a woman I expected that was Drini as she checked my booking, but she didn’t actually introduce herself. Turns out from listening to other conversations that she wasn’t Drini...
I have waist-length naturally wavy/curly hair and hadn’t had it cut for 12-18 months. I was in desperate need of a haircut to get some shape back into it. She asked how I wanted it cut and I indicated I needed some guidance but that I would like to keep my length. She suggested a straight cut which I found a little odd given my type of hair. I asked to have it cut in a v-shape instead but overall expected her to understand what that would entail for hair like mine.
I’ve just come back and actually looked myself in the mirror - my hair was too long to see in the salon mirrors. there is no v-shape to it whatsoever and the front is uneven. I guess I should’ve been a bit clearer on what I wanted, but I’m not super impressed with the experience but I suppose I got my ends trimmed at least.
