It was quite different from what I expected. The place doesn’t look like the picture at all. I feel the staff was confused by the blow dry request too. Maybe there was some misunderstanding. Also I felt my hair was a bit damaged after excessive heat.

Had to spend my entire day there to have lines of orange highlights and that wasn't what I asked for. I just wanted a smooth and natural-looking colouring but ended up with a disaster. Everybody was friendly and nice and the place itself is trendy and cool but when you pay over £100 and become unhappier than before it doesn't matter. I had to dye all my hair myself at home 2 days later. Won't be coming back.
