Had to spend my entire day there to have lines of orange highlights and that wasn't what I asked for. I just wanted a smooth and natural-looking colouring but ended up with a disaster. Everybody was friendly and nice and the place itself is trendy and cool but when you pay over £100 and become unhappier than before it doesn't matter. I had to dye all my hair myself at home 2 days later. Won't be coming back.

I booked a last minute appointment at Flok and I am really happy I did! Margarita took her time with me and I am very pleased with my cut. She was welcoming and was knowledgeable and gave helpful advice about my specific hair type. They have a new customer in me as I will definitely go back!
