This was possibly the worst biab and nail experience i've ever had. The place is weird a feels like a scam. The nail tech spoke not a word of english and what was supposed to be a 45 minute appointment was 2 hours. She used a drill and really cheap tools and products, shocking for somewhere claiming to be premium. I'm scared for my nails. The management also offered to speak for her in a weird way, the place didn't sit right with me.

Pros: clean, spacious space
Cons: service did not correlate to price of treatment - was not acknowledged for 15 mins after entering into salon, treatment started 10 mins late, hair stylist was juggling between me and another customer (salon seems to be lacking in staff), hair left rough and hard to brush after cut, wash and blow-dry
