Booked with Masha after seeing her work, but was swapped to a different technician without warning. She kept wiping her nose into a tissue on her lap while handling my hands, and the 1-hour service dragged to 2 hours in silence. I asked for squaval, but got sharp squares. Without asking, she applied gel far too thick—the side profile curves down like a claw, looking bulky and heavy. My thumb is super uneven. I had to rush straight to work without time to look properly or speak up.
