At FITNESS STUDIO EH1 in the West End of Edinburgh, we specialise in both Small Group and ONE:ONE Personal Training sessions enhanced by Power Plate (i.e. Accelerated Training). We integrate a wide range of other fitness equipment, including FK-Pro (more commonly known as TRX) Suspension Bodyweight Training; Vipers; Kettlebells; Dumbbells; Olympic Bars; Med Balls; Wobble Boards; Resistance Bands; Swiss and Bosu Balls to ensure you have a high intensity, functional 25 minute workout. Trainers are fully qualified in Prehab and Rehab.
