I saw Sacha Mowla at FitPhysio today. Sacha is an excellent physiotherapist. He listened carefully to my complaint and carried several tests to isolate the injury. He recommended a number of exercises and explained clearly what I have to do. He also took me around the gym attached to his office to demonstrate some of the exercises. I found his manner professional and courteous. I highly recommend him.
