The gym staff were helpful when I first arrived which was a bonus as it was very busy. The physio room is light and airy and Sacha was great, totally felt at ease that he’d be able to help and he was so quick to find the problem in my neck and back and easing it - within a couple of days I was back up to almost owl like movement. I think I’m going to book in regularly with him just to make sure I am always in tip top condition.
