Massage wasn't great, no consultation was given and the towels didn't look or feel clean. I wasn't asked about what pressure I wanted or areas I had concern about. The make shift room was not relaxing. I could hear people next to the door having conversations that should not be had in public spaces. The constant chatting and laughing at the reception, Overall would not recommend or ever return.

Went for a Hollywood wax for the first time in years and Maxine was very welcoming and kind. Had a great chat which distracted from the obvious pain, very nice atmosphere and treatment was done professionally, not uncomfortable at all, good vibes. Thank you will be returning again 🙏🏼
