Maxine was great. She asked whether Ihad used retinol or AHAs or BHAs to make sure my skin wasn't at risk of tearing, she advised me on aftercare and used both a cleanser before and a soothing lotion after. All in all I was thrilled with her expertise and care. The wax itselfwas painless and quick. Would 100% recommend
