I’ve been coming to Annette for my wax appointments and she’s honestly amazing every time! She’s so efficient, professional, and always makes the experience comfortable. She’s also great to chat to, which makes appointments fly by.
The location is perfect for quick touch-ups between work meetings, so it’s become my go-to spot. I’ve already recommended Annette to several of my colleagues and will definitely keep coming back!

Central location and very easy to reach. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the beautician made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Personally, the results were not exactly what I expected, although I understand that experiences can vary depending on individual skin types and needs. I’ve had slightly better results at other places in Birmingham, but overall the experience here was still pleasant.
