Annette is amazing. She is so professional and amazing at her job and also super friendly. Makes the whole experience so much more pleasant (especially for those of us who can find intimate waxing quite a painful/awkward experience). Been going to them for years. Will not go anywhere else as long as I live in Birmingham.
