I didn’t know what to expect as I was having the facial and massage for training purposes, but it was pretty good. The instructor was clear and helpful and even demoed the movements on me, so I felt like I got double the amount. Really lovely, cosy room and a very relaxing experience 😊

Although had to go outside to get to treatment room. The treatment room was warm atmosphere was just fight. The therapist very reassuring and the treatment was very relaxing I fell a sleep
