Amazing experience, staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me pick colours for what I wanted and gave a great price for such beautiful nails! I had Grace who was sweet, payer attention at all times to what she was doing and Made sure I received exactly what I wished for in time for my Greek holiday 🇬🇷

The therapist was polite and chatty but the overall finish was very poor. I complained to the salon and sent photos saying i had to go and pay again elsewhere to get it re-done. They agreed it wasn't acceptable and agreed to refund in full £49 (shellac on toes that took 35 mins that involved the initial removal too). I then received a £15 refund 3 days later with no explanation.
