Lovely lady, very patient, but I thought it would be needle and they would numb my child's ear but it was just a gun and it really hurt. The left ear piercing missed the mark (could see the pen dot made to aim for above the earring afterwards still, so atleats 2mm out -lower on left hand side). Wouldn't recommend for children or anyone who finds pain hard to deal with. Ended up being a very sad experience (daughters birthday and she cried for an hour after)
