Lily was amazing she took the time at the beginning to understand exactly what I was wanting and used multiple methods including waxing tweezing and trimming to achieve the desired shape. I’ll definitely be back!

I asked for a light colour/ tint on my eyebrows and they look black. I asked several times for my eye and brow make up to be taken off and my lash tint was applied without it being removed. So I mentioned again and the therapist said she didn’t realise I had any on. So then it was all cleaned and started again. I didn’t feel listened too so felt nervous about the end result which is not how I hoped it would look.
