Really disappointing today. Requested a lighter colour left with a darker colour as I was told it can’t be done. Painful efiling, changed to ordinary files. Patchy coverage, original colour showing through and sections where the top coat didn’t cover, so sticky and not shiny. One nail has BIAB touching my cuticle. Felt rushed: one hour appointment was over in 45minutes. Based on today’s experience I will be rethinking where I goto have my nails done. This is no reflection on previous visits.
