She was inexperienced as expected for a trainee but she should have talked me through what she was doing more as I had never had a lash list before. So a bit more communication would have been good. Also pretty sure other clients had laid on the blanket of the bed before me as was ruckled up and didn't smell that clean.
Was really pleased with the actual lash lift but again could have done with removing the vaseline under my eyes more effectively as I asked for cotton pads to do this myself.
