The Indian head massage was very good, Mia was very good at her job. I wasn’t impressed with having to go up so many flights of stairs as I do have mobility problems.

Gorgeous all round! Sharon was a Pro in every respect. Can’t wait to go back. Felt like a regular after my first visit and was the much needed pamper I’ve been after for a long time! Can’t recommend enough. Xx

My sister and I both had appointments on the same day but different times for exactly the same thing, a manicure with plain polish. My sister paid £25 no hand massage or moisuriser used but 2 coats of polish. I paid £27 and had massage and moisuriser but one coat, go figure.
On arrival member of staff just sat using mobile phone which seems unprofessional. The lady that did the nails was pleasant enough but on at least 2 occasions had to ask staff to get her things she needed, not prepared.
