I had plan white colour nails , the painting was poor, doesn’t look good .
Also I don’t understand I call to book the time but they told me need to book online . Online booking shows I need to pay 35£ but in the shop price list was 30£ , can I ask way ? ( my nails are all clean ,I already removed last gel nail )

I booked a last minute appointment because my gel polish was chipped and looked absolutely awful! I was in Cheltenham for the weekend and Catherine sorted out my nails so that I could enjoy my bottomless brunch and afternoon tea 💅

Really disappointing today. Requested a lighter colour left with a darker colour as I was told it can’t be done. Painful efiling, changed to ordinary files.
Patchy coverage, original colour showing through and sections where the top coat didn’t cover, so sticky and not shiny. One nail has BIAB touching my cuticle.
Felt rushed: one hour appointment was over in 45minutes.
Based on today’s experience I will be rethinking where I goto have my nails done. This is no reflection on previous visits.
