Cleo was lovely and chatty and tried her best. Unfortunately the end result was not what I would expect to leave the salon with, despite Cleo being a trainee. I had nail varnish all over my fingers and the finish of the Shellec was sadly messy and uneven. I do not want to be negative as I totally appreciate Cleo is in training, however, she has no supervision throughout the appointment from anyone more senior to oversee her work, which as a paying customer ,I would expect.
