I was kept waiting for over half an hour... I felt rushed, I explained what I wanted but I never received that. I was horrified at the end result and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I emailed the manager the next day 27.7.22 with pictures etc and to date I still haven't had a reply!!!!!
I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had plan white colour nails , the painting was poor, doesn’t look good .
Also I don’t understand I call to book the time but they told me need to book online . Online booking shows I need to pay 35£ but in the shop price list was 30£ , can I ask way ? ( my nails are all clean ,I already removed last gel nail )
