I had BIABS put on by their trainee. She was being mentored by a member of staff. The trainee was very attentive. Throughout the manicure she asked if I was happy with the shape and if the pressure of buffing/filing was ok. She asked her mentor to check every stage to ensure it was good, she took the advice onboard and made any necessary changes. I am really happy with my BIABS, they're a great shape, and the colour 'Teddy' is gorgeous. I would book the trainee again, it was a great price too!
