I took the opportunity to have a facial with one of Finishing Touches' trainees, Chloe. She was keen to get things right and asked for feedback, which Chloe accepted positively. The room was clean and welcoming. I have very sensitive skin and, although I did not recognise the brand name of the products used, had no adverse reaction. I left feeling glowing and relaxed from the good back and shoulder massage that was part of the facial package.

I know I was with the apprentice and she was very pleasant and I am pleased with the result for the money I paid. I do have a cut on my finger and one on my toe which are quite sore. So just some feedback that she maybe needs to be a little more careful and take her time. Hopefully the more practice she gets the better she will get
