I had the opportunity to have a treatment by an apprentice / trainee. I had an eyebrow and eyelash tint. Ellie was friendly, polite and attentive. My only suggestion for next time on the eye brow front is ask how light / dark I would like them.

First time here. Booked for a trainee treatment. Nice welcoming salon. Considerate of a pain I had. Only issue was I found the cuticle management a bit sore but when I said she was more gentle. Happy with the finished look.

By the time I got home, there was no varnish on the ends of my nails. The gel varnish had not set properly at all, or the edges of the nails had not been painted - I’m not sure which. Either way it needs to be removed and re-done just three days after the pedicure.
