The therapist was polite and chatty but the overall finish was very poor. I complained to the salon and sent photos saying i had to go and pay again elsewhere to get it re-done. They agreed it wasn't acceptable and agreed to refund in full £49 (shellac on toes that took 35 mins that involved the initial removal too). I then received a £15 refund 3 days later with no explanation.

Its just as relaxing as an average facial but with a good effect on reducing any fluid build up which gives you trouble
