Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the lase extension application which resulted in my eyelashes being glued together and I was unable to open my eyes. The team worked together to rectify this and were very apologetic. My feedback would be that if this happens in future for the therapist to remain clam and not convey her stress to the client as it is not very reassuring to hear.
