This was my first time at this salon. I was looked after well during my time having a treatment. The facial was so relaxing & included a head, neck, & shoulder massage making it even more enjoyable. I slept so well the night after this treatment. My only negative was the outdoor steps you had to go up to get to the treatment room, as I struggle a bit with mobility. Would have preferred a ground floor area.

This was the first time having a facial at Finishing Touches and it definitely won’t be the last. Mia was amazing throughout, explaining the process, after care and asking what result I hope to achieve. My skins texture and scaring has improved after one treatment! Looking forward to my next one!
