Never had the treatment before so maybe a but more explanation about what happens when doing treatment just so you know what they are doing. Having said that Grace was friendly, checked to see if I was OK, and did offer some explanation when I said I hadn't had it before. Wouldn't have known it was a model appointment as Grace appeared confident in what she was doing which was really reassuring! Really pleased with the results and would definitely book in with Grace and the team again. Thankyou
