I had been given the Hydro-Facial with LED mask and scalp massage as a present.
The beautician did not introduce herself. I was led through the shop outside via a fire escape to a room upstairs. I led on the coach and was covered by a very stake smelling blanket, the process began, I was not informed, what was being done, the process was painful I was left with bruising, the cleaning cloths felt like they had grit in them and smelled stale. no scalp took place. Very disappointing experience.
