My whole experience was lovely. Professional good service, my manicure was completed with professionalism. Above all the salon is friendly, for me this is important, I enjoy a good chat while enjoying the experience of having my nails done, a social experience.

I was booked in for a hydra facial but the machine broke half way through. I understand things happen and was told I would be booked in again for another day free. I have never heard from them again despite emailing and messaging. The therapist seemed nice but she was late so in combination it has been a pretty poor experience. I waited a month for them to sort it out but no joy. I have never left a negative review but it seems more important that people know not to bother.
