Andy is a highly experienced Sports Massage Therapist with over 40 years of martial arts training and more than 20 years working within professional combat sports. His background gives him a deep understanding of how the body moves, performs and recovers from injury. He specialises in helping clients with pain and tension caused by sporting injuries, repetitive strain, poor posture and everyday physical stress. Andy regularly works with lower back pain, shoulder pain, neck tension and muscular aches commonly linked to desk work, driving, manual labour and active lifestyles. Using sports massage and targeted treatment techniques, Andy aims to reduce pain, improve mobility and help clients move more freely and comfortably. Whether you are an athlete, office worker, tradesperson or simply struggling with ongoing muscular pain, treatments are tailored to your individual needs.
