Balazs was great! Very profession, friendly, and focused. I had a short hair conundrum and he fixed it no problem and the whole experience was perfect. The receptionist up front was also super friendly and accommodating (and knows how to make really good espresso!). I think I finally found my go to hair salon in London!

The hairdresser was lovely and did a great job. However I paid online and without telling me they did extra curls/used extra products and when I went to pay the owner was very rude about making me pay a huge amount extra which wasn’t discussed initially. It was very cheeky and because of that I won’t be returning.
