Very pleasant experience. Bea was great, very friendly! My hair cut was exactly like I wanted! The wash was very nice with the head massage. Overall experience was great!

Great haircut, the hairdresser took the time and styled it properly rather than kicking me out after 20 mins as it happened in some.other places. Very affordable, central location. Will definitely go back regularly.

I had the most awful experience. I was greeted by staff that weren’t even dressed appropriately. I then told my hairdresser the length I would like and he proceeded to DRY CUT a chunk of my hair off- he went way too short. You cannot just cut the majority of someone’s hair off without speaking to them properly or even wetting the hair first. He then washed and cut my hair in the most questionable manner- looking as if he had no clue what he was doing the entire time.
My hair is now uneven and the back is much shorter than the front- not what I asked for.
For any girls who love their hair or even want their hair to remain remotely pretty- stay away from this hairdressers and Thomas in particular.
