The salon ended up calling to ask if they I could come an hour later than I had booked my appointment for but this was understandable since I had booked online at midnight the night before and the appointment was on Good Friday. Everyone was very nice and professional, hung my jacket in the cloakroom and offered water or coffee. Bee was very sweet and quickly knew exactly what I wanted for my cut. She did a nice job styling at the end with a blowout that reminded me of Kate Middleton’s hair. I also like that the hair washing stations crank out so that you can sit fairly upright and not be uncomfortable or get water down your back.

The personnel was very friendly. A little bit of head massage while washing my hair is definitely worth coming back for! I'm happy with my hair cut as well
