Thomas was very nice, he took time to advise me and explain me what he was going to do. I got also an amazing head massage. I was all the time almost falling asleep as much I was feeling relaxed. Great value for money!

On the day of my appointment Figaro called me to see if I could move my appointment slightly later than originally planned which I was unable to do so we agreed to move my appointment earlier in the day (1100 as oppose to 1145) I had a wash cut and blow dry with Thomas who did a fab job! I'm always a bit hesitant with new hair dressers as I have extra long/thick hair which some hairdressers do not know how to brush without hurting me but Thomas handled my hair very well!
