Edith provided a fantastic service as usual! My experience was ruined by the man at the front desk who burst out laughing at my blotchy face and continued to do so until after I was out the door. Completely outrageous and unprofessional behaviour! I’ve been coming here for a while but it has definitely degraded this salon in my view. If it were not for how amazing Edith is, there’s no way I would return to Figaro after being treated so appallingly.
