Great highlights, really pleased with the quality, service and value. They couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with my highlights, very friendly staff. I will definitely be returning. More than happy with the quality of the highlights and the colour of my hair.

I love Georgina's so much that couldn't help but write another review. I discovered them via Treatwell and now it features on my weekly go-to salon. All stylists are great & extremely experienced.
I have tried most salons in Richmond & just love Georgina's. Do give them a try & you won't be disappointed

Awful, awful, awful!! Worst experience of my life. I was meant to have a 30 min hair conditioning and scalp treatment. I had neither. Firstly I was attended to by a rude, heavy-handed and harsh male staff member. He washed my hair so roughly then put the tiniest amount of 'hair mask' on my hair, only combed half my hair and put my hair in a plastic bag then put the hair dryer over me and didn't put the timer on, luckily I timed it and turned it off after 15 mins (he obviously forgot) then he wash my hair again (roughly) and I asked him to not be so rough which he then rudely replied back by saying that's how I wash hair. I said to him that I didn't enjoy the experience but I will still pay to which he argued back say yes you will pay and that's how I do the treatment. I have never been treated so badly in my life and I will not be going back again. I really do not recommend this so-called salon!!!!
