I went in for an up-do and was immediately taken very good care of: I was all hot and sweaty (!) from the boiling weather and riding my bike, so Georgina (owner) immediately handed me over to her colleague for a lovely hair wash. I showed her the picture of what I wanted (braided updo) and Georgina took charge and knew how to secure it for a long weekend and added some delightful little flowers to the finished result. The whole experience was excellent, efficient and professional. The only reason I gave the up-do 4/5 stars is because it wasn't quite the style I was after, but to be fair I should have probably been clearer about exactly what I wanted. The finished do was wonderful even if almost too cute for me! A fab experience, the style stayed up all weekend, and I shall definitely return.

I loved it! Perfect balance between friendly and professional. It's not easy for a fine-haired girl to get a decent haircut, but the stylist definitely understood what would work for my hair, and gave me a great cut. Thanks!
